Adam Oliver | Chief Product Officer | Denver, Co

Adam Oliver
Founder & CEO

Adam has over fifteen years of experience in technology shipping software for startups, growth stage businesses, and enterprises. Prior to founding Crafted in 2018, he helped grow the product design and product management practices at Pivotal Software, eventually leading to their IPO. His technology background spans software development, product management, and design where he has both executed and grown teams. Adam earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines in 2004, and an MBA from University of Colorado at Denver in 2012. In his free time, Adam will be found with his wife, kids and as many friends and family as possible taking advantage of all the activities that Colorado has to offer.

Ryan Trunck | Software Consultant & Software Engineer | Salt Lake City, Ut

Ryan Trunck
Chief Technology Officer

Ryan has helped successfully launch, grow, and sell multiple startups across a broad range of industries. Ryan obtained his BS in Computer Science from the Colorado School of Mines in 2004. He then attended the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law where he obtained his JD in 2007. After a stint in practicing intellectual property law in California, Ryan realized his real passion was for software development and has never looked back since. Ryan has his private pilot’s license and loves flying around Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico and beyond. He loves spending time with his wife and kids at the pool in the summer and in the snow in the winter.

Aaron is a product designer with over ten years of experience in a diverse range of methodologies, including quantitative and qualitative research, information architecture and interaction design. Outside of work, Aaron is a renowned expert on the history and production of gin (the spirit) and enjoys traveling to new places in search of great food and drink.

Senior Product Manager

Cole has spent the last eight years in tech startups. After working in customer-facing roles, he transitioned to product management where he enjoys finding the intersection of technical feasibility, amazing user experience, and business viable solutions. Cole once entered a Farrah Fawcett hair competition at a bar but did not place due primarily to judge bias.

Cappy Hausfeld
Senior Software Engineer

Cappy has been writing software for nearly a decade in California, Texas, Colorado, and Berlin (sprichst du Deutsch?). She has been a consultant for more than half her career and is passionate about utilizing pair programming whenever possible. When she's not hacking the mainframe, Cappy spends her time climbing, snowboarding, and teaching her rescue dog how to hike.

Chip is a software engineer with over five years of experience in web development. Since relocating from Detroit, MI to Denver three years ago, he was shocked to find out the sun doesn't actually disappear during winter. So much so that you can find him snowboarding every weekend he can.

Jeremy has over a decade of software development experience across enterprises and startups. He has a passion for designing simple, practical solutions to complex problems. Few things give him more satisfaction than squashing particularly heinous bugs. Outside of work, you can usually find Jeremy in the mountains, sliding down them in the winter and climbing them in the summer.

Justin graduated from General Assembly as a Full Stack software Engineer. Today in his work as a QA software engineer, he is also able to draw on his previous experience as an audio engineer, where attention to detail was crucial to the success of every project.  In his spare time Justin enjoys visiting the national parks with his wife and hopes to see them all some day!

Laura discovered Product Management seven years ago as she was trying to combine her passion for fashion with technology by helping her company build their first iOS app. Since then, she moved to Colorado to pursue a career working with startups.  While her love for the mountains has grown, her love for the beach is unrivaled. When she is not in the elements, you can find her traveling across the country and testing every coffee shop for the perfect chai latte.

Product Manager

Matt is a product manager with over five years of experience in a variety of industries and passions for entrepreneurship and elegant product design. When Matt isn’t managing products, you can find him attending concerts, climbing plastic (sometimes real) rocks, snowboarding, hiking, meditating, and using Untappd as much as his Google Calendar.

Natalie has over nine years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, and content strategy across large enterprise companies and small startups. She is passionate about traveling with her husband, fitness, and being obsessed with her Bernese Mountain Dog, Boris (yes, that is a hobby).
